Shipping policy
We strive to dispatch orders within 24 to 48 business hours from the time of order creation, excluding UK bank holidays. If the 48-hour period falls outside our business hours, an additional day may be required for processing.
During sale periods, processing times may be extended due to the high volume of orders. We appreciate your patience and support during these busy times.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes outside the UK.

- £3.99 - Royal Mail Tracked Standard Delivery (2-3 working days)
- £5.99 - Royal Mail Tracked First Class Delivery (1-2 working day)
European Delivery Zone 1 ( European Union )- All orders are tracked:
- FREE standard delivery on orders over €80 (2-7 working days)
- €7.45 – on orders below €80 (2-7 working days)
European Delivery Zone 2 ( Non E.U countries )- All orders are tracked:
- FREE standard delivery on orders over £70 (2-11 working days)
- £15 – on orders below £70 (2-11 working days)
Canada & US - All orders are tracked:
- FREE standard delivery on orders over £60 (2-11 working days)
- £9 – on orders below £60 (2-11 working days)
Rest of the World - All orders are tracked:
- FREE standard delivery on orders over £120 (2-11 working days)
- £15 – on orders below £120 and below 4.4lb (2-11 working days)
- £20 – on orders below £120 and above 4.4lb (2-11 working days)
