About Skin-Nomad
Skin-Nomad is a UK-based online beauty retailer that curates skincare, haircare, body care and makeup from brands around the world. We're based in London and ship worldwide, and our reason for existing is simple: to make it easier to find products that genuinely suit you, without wading through marketing noise.
Beauty shelves have never been more crowded. There is an enormous amount of choice and a lot of confident claims, which makes it hard to know what is actually worth your money. We started Skin-Nomad to do that filtering for you, bringing together well-formulated products from around the world and explaining them in plain English so you can choose with confidence.
How we curate
We don't stock everything. Every product earns its place on how it is formulated, the evidence behind its key ingredients, and the standards of the brand that makes it. We look at sourcing, ethics and efficacy, then organise the store around your skin's needs, your preferred ingredients and the things that matter to you, rather than by brand. If something doesn't meet the bar, we don't carry it.
Ingredient transparency
Every product page carries the full INCI ingredient list alongside clear, plain-English guidance on what the key actives do and who they suit. No vague promises and no scare tactics, just the information you need to decide for yourself.
Genuine products
Everything we sell is sourced through legitimate, authorised channels, so what reaches you is genuine and exactly as the brand intended. No grey-market stock and no doubt about what is in the bottle.
Customer support
We're an online store, so there is no shop floor, but you are never on your own. Chatty, our personal shopping assistant, helps you find the right products and handles everyday questions, and anything that needs a human is escalated to a real person on our team, or reached directly by email. Your satisfaction is the measure that matters most to us: if something isn't right, we want to hear about it, and we will work to put it right.
