If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, don’t worry, we’ll help you sort it out.

To open an investigation with Royal Mail, we just need a short Denial of Non-Receipt letter from you. It should include:

Your full name and delivery address
The parcel tracking number
A short note confirming you haven’t received the order
The date and your handwritten signature

Once you send us a clear photo or scan of that letter, we’ll submit it to Royal Mail right away. As soon as the claim is confirmed, we’ll resend your parcel with 24H tracked delivery or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
